Here are a few short thoughts this week.

The best thing you can do for yourself is actively increase your surface area for luck to hit you.

Go outside. Travel more. Take a new route home. Go to new cafes, live music, sports events. Leave your phone at home. Bring a notebook. Speak to people. Ask questions. Explore weird interests.

You can literally just do things. And the more you do, the more serendipity and synchronicity will find you.

Health

The influencers and the podcasts… They’re not all wrong. But they major in the minor. They need three hours of content every week so they fill it. Supplement stacks and exercise variations and biohacking protocols. All rounding errors. You can listen if you want. I’ll be at the gym if you need me. It’s leg day.

The Law of 164: Your success is determined by sleep, movement, nutrition, and prioritization in-between your workouts.

Take sleep. You sleep a third of your life. Have you ever done anything to optimize it? Temperature, light, consistency. Cool room. Eye mask or blackout blinds. Same bedtime every night, same wake time every day, weekends included. Phone out of the bedroom. No alcohol. That’s the list.
