Here are a few short thoughts this week.
Money
Most people view social media as a tool for generating attention. And it is. But you’ve got to be all-in on content creation — a game most business owners I speak to don’t want to play.
Instead, build your account like it’s a sales page — with updates, case studies, and testimonials. Its job isn’t to attract attention; its job is to convert attention that was attracted elsewhere.

Stop saying, “This is who I am, so get used to it,” and instead say, “This is who I am so far, but I’m not dead yet, so God’s not done yet. I’m still growing. I’m still changing. I’m still learning. I like a lot of things about this edition of me, but I don’t like all of them, and I’m not stopping until I become who God says I can be!”

Health
1.
Fitness doesn’t have “benefits”. Being sedentary has drawbacks.
Moving is normal. Sitting in a chair all day is weird.

2.
You’re designed for physical tasks. The body is powerful. It needs to work. Devoid of physical work in a too-easy existence, your brain resorts to stress. It gets distracted, feels anxious, and lacks focus.
Improvements in health, longevity, and disease prevention in addition to the obvious increase in sexification aside, a strenuous physical discipline is necessary for mental achievement.
Relationships

My grade nine math teacher put a sign above the clock in the classroom that read: “Clock watchers. Time will pass. You, however, may not.”
There’s a custom clock in my office. A beautiful wooden thing made from a fallen tree.
On it, I asked the local artisan to burn three words: “Time passes, regardless.”
An homage to Ms. Choi’s sign; a morbid reminder that your life is nothing more than one long string of special, yet expiring moments, which will pass, regardless.

Been incubating chicks. They hatched last week. That night, we had 21 kids from the neighbourhood over to check them out and hold them. I got pizzas. They all played after. Summertime is wonderful.

Is $500,000 per year with only 1,400 followers possible?
Forget what you’ve heard about needing a massive following to succeed online…
Most fitness professionals believe they need thousands of followers to build a six-figure training business. But what if that’s completely wrong?
I have a fascinating case study about Melissa, an online trainer who built a $500K/year business with only 1,400 followers.
No huge audience. No complicated funnels. No constant content creation treadmill.
Instead, she used a proprietary framework that helped her:
– Sign 13+ high-paying clients in just 12 weeks
– Create enough income to retire her husband
– Move their entire family to Mexico
– Build a sustainable business without burning out
My team has helped 65,000+ trainers go online over the past decade, and they’ve released a private training where Melissa reveals exactly how she did it.
