Money
The mark of a true professional isn’t flawless performance in familiar territory—it’s the willingness to become a student again at the edges of your competence.
2.It’s true that some people have more and others have less. Just remember that the more or the less isn’t what gives our experience on this rock its flavor. Get in the car and go for a drive. What kind of car? It doesn’t matter; they all drive the speed limit. Explore. Have fun. Just make sure there’s always something nice to look at out the window.
Health
1.
In the short term, missing fitness doesn’t seem to make a difference. It’s hard to notice until one day, it becomes obvious. You have a choice: Exercise regularly, or don’t. Consider that today could be the least fit you ever are for the rest of your life. There’s something beautiful about that. Poetic; even.
Relationships
1.
2.The happiest couples round out each other’s personality. They don’t read the same books or have the same friends. One can be introverted, the other extroverted. One a night person, the other useless after sunset. Or, in my case, 3pm. You need compatibility, but, like, not all that much. More than anything, you need complementarity, shared values, and to respect the other person’s individuality.
