Here are a few short thoughts this week.

 


Money

Anxiety and overwhelm don’t result from the amount of work you have to do; they’re the result of not knowing whether the work you’re doing is making any damn difference. The secret is to figure out what you’re good at without trying, then try; to find your good, close the book, and execute.

Health

1.

When you work out in the gym, you don’t just lift heavy things. You become someone who can.

Well, we talk about muscles, cardio, fat loss, flexibility. aesthetics but underneath all of that what’s really happening is:

You’re showing up for yourself when it’s hard. You build trust in your own word. You learn to sit with discomfort and keep going. You start to believe you are capable of more in EVERY area of life.

The shift is what changes people, not the six pack or the scale. The body just follows the mind that’s learned not to quit.
