Happy 5-Reps Friday!
Moving on, here are 2 coaching concepts, 2 business nuggets, and a quote to consider this week.
2 Coaching Concepts
1.
Oftentimes doing nothing is better than doing something.
If something is working, change can make it worse. It’s easier to screw something up that’s working well than it is to genuinely improve it.

2.
The best course of action is often to make a plan and follow it for a long time. Don’t change plans prematurely just because an arbitrary measure of time has passed. Instead, base it on progress.
All of this having been said, don’t assume your client knows what you’re doing or why you’re (not) doing it.
Clients expect you to change stuff. if you’re not, they need to know why.
2 Business Nuggets
1.
Simple businesses are good businesses. You don’t need to do more. You need to do less, but better.
1. Choose one target market
If you target everybody, you target nobody.
2. Sell one product
Ruthlessly eliminate everything but the one thing that gets your people the best results.
3. Utilize one conversion tool
Sell one way.
4. Choose one traffic source
Everything works. What doesn’t work is trying to do everything.
5. Give it one year.
Work it for one year. To sharpen it, polish it and get the results you’re after.

2.
Ronald Read’s Wikipedia page describes him as an American philanthropist, investor, janitor, and gas station attendant. Nobody knew who he was until he died in 2014 at 92 years old with $8,000,000.
No, he didn’t win the lottery.
What he did was much simpler: He lived well below his means, saved what he could, invested his money into blue chip stocks, and waited.
Over time, his meagre savings compounded. So much so that his net worth was higher than 99.99% of the people who died in 2014.
Oftentimes doing nothing is better than doing something if you’re trying to build wealth, too.
1 Quote to Consider
“Not doing something that isn’t worth doing is a wonderful way to spend your time.”
