In Toronto, the streets are noisy with cars, chaotic with frenetic energy. Everyone’s always rushing somewhere. But that’s the noise of laziness and fatigue, not activity. As Nietzsche wrote, “it’s the happy man who does the useless things; the sick man isn’t strong enough to be idle.” If everyone walked, the streets in Toronto would be quieter but more alive. You only own your time if you can afford to waste it.

3.Large audiences tend to result from surface-level, content-free content. People with smaller audiences that form as the result of hyper-relevant content tend to have an easier time selling despite fewer followers.

A hidden benefit of putting yourself through challenging workouts is that they prepare you for life’s challenges. Physical training builds tolerance to your intolerances. Building resiliency is about getting strong when times are good, so you can stand tall when they aren’t.
